Surf Spot of the Week

Sennen Cove is one of Cornwall’s most reliable and visually stunning surf beaches, sitting right at the far western tip of the county near Land’s End.

Croyde is one of North Devon’s most famous and powerful beach breaks, sitting in a beautiful horseshoe-shaped bay that consistently picks up Atlantic swell. On its day, it delivers fast, hollow and punchy waves that have earned it a reputation as one of the UK’s most well-known heavy beach breaks.

Polzeath is one of Cornwall's best-known surf beaches, and for good reason. Thanks to its wide sandy bay and gently sloping seabed, it often produces slower, more forgiving waves than some of its neighbours.

Tucked between Newquay and Padstow, Mawgan Porth is one of those beaches that often flies under the radar compared to some of Cornwall's more famous surf spots.

Stretching for miles along the North Devon coast, Saunton Sands is one of those beaches that seems to have a little bit of everything. Consistent waves, loads of space and stunning views make it a favourite with surfers of all abilities.

Just a few minutes up the road from last week's surf spot of the week in Newquay sits Watergate Bay. A spot that feels a little more open, a little more relaxed and, on the right day, seriously fun.
